Safety Recognition and Rewards
Mountain Cascade Inc. has been providing services for over 30 years and from the very beginning we implemented a Safety rewards program for its employees. Every employee has the right to a safe work environment so it becomes every employee’s responsibility to assist in providing a safe and healthy work place.Employees earn safety points every week and can use those safety points to purchase items such as work apparel or other merchandise. Also employees have the option to turn in safety points for Visa gift cards.
Mountain Cascade Inc. recognizes one employee from each trade to receive additional items and a Safety Award at the end of every year for recognition of excellence in safety.
