Anatolia is a 1,015-acre master-planned community in Rancho Cordova, Ca with stunning new home villages planned among natural wetlands. Anatolia subdivision included 3,100 single-family lots, 300 multi-family units, 28-acres of commercial, and four acres of park. Almost half of Anatolia’s land is devoted to wetland preserves and open space, so residents will really get to see the natural beauty up close.

As the lead on Anatolia AKT Development Corporation is one of the largest and most respected developers of master planned communities in Northern California. It has developed land for more than 60,000 homes and 30 million square feet of commercial and industrial facilities. AKT formed a partnership with Lennar Communities to handle the marketing and homebuilder coordination for the community. The homebuilders represented at Anatolia are: Cambridge Homes, DR Horton, JTS Communities, Morrison Homes, Pulte Homes, US Home, and William Lyon.

The vicinity of the community was in undeveloped outlaying areas of the city so as part of the project an extensive offsite package had to be constructed. This included widening of approximately five miles of two-lane roadway to four-lane and six-lane arterial roads. Construction of backbone infrastructure, transmission water mains, distribution system, pressure reducing station, water storage tanks, gravity sewer interceptors, sewer force mains, sewer pump stations, storm drainage system, six drainage box culverts, 40-acres of water quality basins, and numerous other improvements.
