Each year Mountain Cascade recruits qualified students at many of the engineering and construction management schools on the west coast. We are looking for young professionals to fill both full time positions and internships.

Internships:

Mountain Cascade offers internships throughout the year. We focus on students who major in Construction Management and Civil Engineering. Contact our HR department with any inquiries.

The goals of our internship program are:

  • To develop well rounded professionals
  • Help our intern develop a general knowledge of the industry
  • Train our interns to have the capability of handling numerous construction tasks.
  • Develop within the intern a strong work ethic
  • Create an enjoyable working environment
